Banff Trip (Rocky Mountains)

Every year in May, KGIC Vancouver, Surrey, Victoria & KGIBC host their world-famous Banff road trip! We usually take an exciting convoy of 22 – 25 RV's (recreational vehicles) to beautiful Banff in the Rocky Mountains on a 7-day road trip through Britsh Columbia and Alberta. Each RV is a fully equipped house on wheels.

Some of the sights we will see include:

Banff Springs Hotel, Lake Louise, Lake Moraine, Johnston Canyon, Harrison Hot Springs and Salmon Arm.

Some featured events include:

RV Talent Contest, Student Olympics, Scavenger Hunt and the Banff Pub Night.

Each RV houses 5 to 6 people, and contains beds, tables, chairs, a kitchen and bathroom with showers! Check out the KGIC website for some great pictures of last year's road trip!

Conquest Canada

Conquest Canada, a school trip and competition, is held every year during spring break. Participants get the opportunity to some great Canadian cities like Quebec City , Ottawa and Montreal. The will also go White Water Rafting on the Ottawa River!

KGIC students will will travel together in groups to the different cities Canadian cities and participating in contests along the way. At the end of the trip, the best team will be rewarded with the grand prize.
