KGIC REFUND POLICY for registration made after June 16, 2008

The refund for the ELEP program is based on the academic portion of the program.

*A copy of the denied student authorization from the Embassy has to be sent to KGIC. In this document, 'program' denotes ALL the courses listed. Link program is not transferable. Transfer credit is not refundable. Registration, KGIC House and Homestay Placement fees are non-refundable. Bridge Schools apply their own refund policy. The details of the Bridge Schools are available upon request. KGIC House deposit becomes non-refundable if a student fails to give at least 30 days notice to vacating or moving in. Otherwise, the student will get $80 from $100 of the House Deposit.

Homestay fees for package prices are non-refundable/ Homestay Placement Fee is non-refundable. / KGIC House Fee is non-refundable at all times. / 2 Months House Fee must be paid in advance for all KGIC House placements and it will be added to the invoice upon registration.
